FDS International was acquired by a new marketing services group, Munro Global, in June 2006. Building on a solid track record of over 30 years in providing excellence in market research, new leadership under Munro is extending the scope of services provided by FDS and its’ sister companies in the group.

With a turnover approaching £6 million in 2006, FDS provides a full range of market research services to blue chip clients in both private and public sectors.

The excellence in data collection, skilled analysis and customer focused delivery for which FDS Customer, Social and Business Research teams are known and respected by their clients is now being complemented by a range of new, customer—centric, solutions.

Our Marketing Analytics team brings contemporary analysis techniques to bear in understanding and deriving solutions for challenging business problems. Our Data Intelligence group use leading-edge skills in relational database design and interactive web-reporting to provide real-time access to metrics which give clients the power to make a difference in managing their operations.

The FDS Operations Unit delivers unrivalled quality in fieldwork, both internally to our Research, Analytics and Data teams but also direct to clients, to other research agencies and consultants. Extending our traditional strengths in producing client-focused solutions using traditional face-to-face, postal and telephone techniques the Unit is has full capability to perform online and ‘multi-modal’ research.
